Hotels in Royal Manor, Niagara Falls

"For being "off-season" it was a rather expensive trip. Extra to see the falls. Extra to park. extra "resort" fee and the room was unlike any other. We have never experienced a room where you must traverse two sets of stairs to get to the living/sleeping area. Not good for someone with a bad leg. "

"This was our 4th time staying here as a family, and we always enjoy our stay. This was our first time eating at the hotel restaurant. We had the buffet breakfast which had good options like French toast, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, tater tots, stewed apples, blueberry syrup, etc. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. We look forward to coming back next year."

"Check in was smooth and the gentleman who checked us in was very sweet and helpful! We got spoiled with a great view in room 2297. Enough space for our family of 4. Amazing water pressure and comfortable beds. All staff was friendly! I saw the suites 2273 and oh my! What an incredible space!"

"The room was clean, but pillows weren't the best. We were located in the main hallway, so our room was very noisy with traffic walking past to the pool or the restaurants. We had a walk out to parking lot, so it was noisy in the morning with people leaving. The pool area was good for a smaller waterpark. Overall pretty clean. Arcade was decent, but did not give out a lot of points for the prizes at the counter, so kids were a little disappointed in the quality there. The staff were friendly and welcoming."
