They have lots of little touches that make your stay more personal, like jute bags and eye masks in your room, ice creams round the pool area etc. The service is excellent and the staff are lovely and really make your experience here unforgettable. A top-class hotel that is everything many hotels serving airports are not - welcoming, standards-driven and with exceptional staff. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and dinner, pleasant pool and garden area in keeping with the hotel’s eco-friendly ethos. Airport shuttle efficient and the Waterfront shuttle a bonus. Highly recommended."
