"The staff (and to be fair all the Dutch I spoke to on the trip) were so lovely and helpful, we enjoyed a couple of extra beers and lost our room key and they just issued us another, they were busy however still took the time to look up bus times and suggest good local restaurants. The staff were a real credit to the hotel. The bed was really comfy and there was an extra pillow in the room for us. The decor is cool and there was TV with a couple of UK channels so this was nice too. Everything was modern and in good order and it is right in the middle of town so it doesn’t matter which direction you walk - you hit shops and cafes."

"There was a little glitch with the reservation but Mahogany took care of it, quickly, with a smile. Hotel is very, very nice, certainly convenient to the cruise terminal across the street. Excellent breakfast buffet."
