Experience Rotorua in style! This inviting house is ideal for families and offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, a separate TV lounge, and an outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ and a spa pool. Explore the nearby Redwoods Forest and the beautiful lakes within minutes. Enjoy amenities like free parking, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms to ensure a delightful holiday.

The Space:
House of Hope is a spacious and flexible home, perfect for large families or group getaways. The master bedroom features a king bed, a single bed, and its own private ensuite. Bedroom two has two king single beds, while bedroom three offers a queen bed plus an additional single—ideal for kids or sharing guests. Bedroom four includes a comfortable queen bed, and the main living room provides even more sleeping space with two fold-out couches. With plenty of room to relax and unwind, House of Hope is designed to accommodate groups with ease and comfort.

Guest Access:
You'll enjoy full access to the entire property. This includes the four bedrooms, the living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor entertainment space with a BBQ and spa pool. You'll also have access to free parking. Please note that the property is a single-level home.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a new area of Lynmore. You are surrounded by other high quality homes and situated near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac road. You are just a short ride to the trails in the Redwoods Forest, 7 minutes drive to the lakes and there are two great areas for shops and restaurants just minutes drive away. We also have the fantastic Good Eastern Tap House down the road to enjoy a meal or one of their excellent craft beers.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a vehicle during your stay. However, for those relying on public transport, bus stops and taxis are readily accessible. Parking is available with free options both on the premises and on the street. The Rotorua Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive from the property.

Lovely holiday property.

Family holiday including partners.Lovely house, lovely views. Well maintained. Unfortunately i took notice of the bedroom photo's.Wording under photo 3 & 4 i think might need changing & that the bedroom with the two single beds is more of a kids room. My young adult daughter; 5ft 6 found the single bed not quite suited for a young adult. Just saying for future people .Otherwise a great place to stay in.

One of the best place we have ever stayed. Great fast communication. Extras in the house- pool table, games for kids and spa. All included in the price not like other places requiring extra charges. Big comfortable warm space for the whole family. Highly recommend and will come again….

Peaceful and relaxing beautiful view of the sunrise and the animals on the hills. The spa was great but needed to be cleaned as it had a smell coming from it. Overall this place had everything you needed an was in short distance to the town city. I give this, top ratings.

Lovely house enjoyable stay

Easy to book and very suitable for a family. Everything we required was there. Washing powder, hand wash, dish washing liquid, dish washer tablets, toilet paper. All that was needed for our 5 night stay. Appreciated the BBQ, washing machine and drier. We appreciated having two towels each for our 5 night Stay. The spa was very much enjoyed by the family as we had cold wet weather. It was also great to have Netflix on the TV to entertain the younger children while the parents were biking in the Redwoods We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return when next visiting Rotorua.
