The sheets and towels, 2 per person, were clean. Spa pool was enjoyed by some of us and would be lovely after mountain biking etc. Baby portacot and highchair provided but no mention of the 3 flights of stairs that our 1 year old spent the whole weekend trying to navigate. Not enough mugs or bowls for all of us to use at once. The plumbing may need looking at. Toilets and sinks took a long time to drain.It is ideally suited for large groups and so handy to town and the Redwoods and the Lakes.We would stay again. ##### Heather O. The kitchen is very well equipped with the basics. Bed linens and towels are very clean and showers are equipped with toiletries. The house is located in a very quiet street and accessible to the major commercial area of Rotorua. Importantly communication with the property manager is very easy and they are also considerate on my check in and check out requests on change of time.
