Service was great, staff were super friendly and helpful. Place was a bit rundown and kettle and cups weren’t totally clean but breakfast was great and it’s a great location
Clean room, loved that our room had 3 double/queen beds. Lots of room for our family of 5! Little kitchenette that we could prepare dinner but lots of restaurants around the area that we enjoyed. Also a balcony! Great room and they had a laundry room, no charge. Would stay here again.
We had a pleasant stay at Arawa park. The staff were very welcoming and helped with familiarizing us with the town's attractions. The breakfast buffet was a good spread and offered good options for vegetarians.
Room was clean buffet breakfast was great good value for my family and staff helpful and courteous will definitely stay again but only on special or if I was a member
Staff were helpful and courteous, rooms were spacious, beds were clean and comfortable. Rooms could do with some updating and cleanliness could do with some improvement. The breakfast buffet was not too impressive and at times felt under staffed. The shower in our room was terrible it would go from hot to cold continuously.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Beds are comfortable, free parking, 24 hours reception. Those are the only good things about this hotel. It is old, it is dirty, and breakfast was terrible
The photographer that took the photos of making this hotel look great… However the reality doesn’t matchup.
The hotel is tired. Built probably in the 1970s or 80s, it would have been great but today it’s just behind the times.
The good thing is the room was large. The bathroom needs updating. The spa bath looks out of place …. But if you get this hotel at the right rate it then you will be happy as it is clean and tidy….
my family had a wonderful stay at Arawa Park, all staff were so helpful and friendly, room was very spacious for our family of 5, clean and tidy, beds were super comfy! restaurant buffet breakfast was great too, will stay again

Liked: Staff & service
Good location with downtown area within 5 minute drive. Other sites such as the geothermal sites and gondola/luge/zorb are within about 15 minute drive. The room was spacious. A couch would have fit easily and would have been helpful. The hotel is dated and could use some deep cleaning and upgrading. But overall it was convenient with the kids. The front staff were helpful .
Visiting from the USA. Clean rooms and common areas. Rooms were very large. AC and ceiling fan kept things cool. Balcony was comfortable and afforded views of the tracts. We did not choose the breakfast as we thought it was a bit pricey. The restaurant dining area was very nice , though and decorated beautifully.
