"The sheets and floors were dirty. There were roaches running around in the room. We notified the front desk staff about it when we checked in however they did not do anything. We were so tired when we checked in so we just stayed the night and left the next morning and asked for a full refund. We only received refund of the night we didn’t stay even though we asked for full refund. Hotel charged over $290 for one night which is not correct amount we need to get this refunded ASAP In this hotel needs to keep the room a lot more cleaner so people can stay."

"There were 2 bugs in my room - I’m assuming from with the crack in the door or from around the wall AC unit. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but ok. No hand soap. The noise from the other rooms was loud enough and constant. Biggest complaint is that one of the entrances to the parking lot had no light on it and there is a pretty decent curb in the middle that I didn’t see and ran into - not cool at all. Obviously many others have hit it too because it was clearly not the first time it has been hit. The pictures I am adding are with my flash on with low light settings because you can’t see it from the road. Didn’t have breakfast there. AC kept the room cool."

"The room was cramped with furniture. No gym. Decently priced, but for a just a little more probably would have been better to just go somewhere else with better amenities. "

"We called to have sheets changed a few minutes after we arrived because we found a dried stain. Shower had hairs in the corners as well. Other than that everything was ok. Staff was great, fitness center was great & clean. "
