Romney : location guest houses et maisons d'hôte

« We had a very nice stay in Romney. The Inn was clean and the staff was helpful. There are a number of restaurants near-by. The are is beautiful. »

« The cottage was perfect. It had everything to make our stay enjoyable. The location was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs, and watching the wild bunnies play. Breakfast was a nice touch, and very much appreciated. We would love to stay again! »

« Our family of six stayed for three nights. On the positive side, the view of the mountains was amazing and the provided pillows were very comfortable. However, it was an uncomfortable stay overall. Check-in was bizarre; the listing never mentioned an external agreement, which we were forced to sign the day before arrival when it was too late to book elsewhere. We also had to fill out a survey just to get the access document, which was packed with strict rules (like no cancellations for bugs, yet...

« What a lovely home!!! This remodeled farmhouse is fabulous!! Cozy and inviting, with modern upgrades and every convenience. If you’re coming to Romney for a train ride or other function, you can’t find a better location. So peaceful. We loved it!! The beds are beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom is gorgeous!! Absolutely perfect!! »

« If you want a simple boutique hotel in the center of town with no frills, this is the hotel for you. Staff are most helpful and location is wonderful. Rooms are very small so count on reading in the lobby if you are looking for a comfy chair. »

« The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice including well cooked bacon, the parking space was large enough. The side front of the hotel had a wonderful view of about 15 running windmills. »

« Room had repair done and it was awful tub doesn't have working stopper which affects my wife who likes to soak in the tub very disappointed »

« Building was modern and clean. The body wash dispenser was either out or broke as we couldn’t get any soap out. The rooms are not very soundproof. The continental breakfast was one of the best that we have ever experienced at a hotel!!! There were a lot of food options and the hot food was all very fresh. Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast area! »

« Très bien ! »

« We stayed in the Willow Suite which is on the ground floor around the back. Very quite and relaxing space. Had coffee out back in the morning over looking the river. A very nice property. Planning a return trip to Capon Bridge in the fall and will stay here again. Ian was fantastic to deal with. Very prompt communication. »
