You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Roma MM Repubblica Apartment

Comfortable 60 sqm apartment located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift NOT suitable for disabled people.  
  
Able to accommodate up to four people, it has a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony.  
  
It is located 700 meters from Rome Termini station: the apartment is the ideal solution for visiting the city on foot and thanks to public transport.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60x1.90 m), chest of drawers, sofa, desk with chair and split A/C;  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1.40x1.90 m), smart TV, dining table and chairs, split A/C and access to the balcony;  
  
\- KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, moka, washing machine, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;  
  
\- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;  
  
\- BALCONY (access from the living room) with table and chairs.  
  
FURHTER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:  
  
Unlimited WIFI, fan coil heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.  
  
ATTENTION:  
  
\- Building with a lift NOT suitable for disabled people;  
  
\- Raised shower cubicle;  
  
\-Gas boiler for hot water;  
  
\-Quiet hours: 22:00-8:00 and 14:00-16:00.  
  
The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.  
  
We will be available for any question and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. We will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail in case of any problem.  
  
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.  
  
NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.  
  
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.  
  
After 00:00 it is necessary to ring the doorman to gain access.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, about 10 minutes walk from Rome Termini Station, the main hub for surface and underground public transport. All the main points of interest in the city are easily accessible.
