It is composed of a large living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious and functional kitchen. The house consists of a large and bright living room with three large windows, armchairs and a comfortable sofa, TV and large dining table. Splendid hand woven carpets make the environment even more refined. A corridor leads to the other rooms of this spacious house for rent in Rome. We find a first bathroom with shower and then a bedroom with a single bed and access to the apartment's balcony. In the final part of the corridor there are two other large bedrooms: one with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed and a private bathroom with shower; the second with a double bed and a magnificent private bathroom with hydromassage tub. The house is also equipped with a comfortable kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator, a microwave oven and an electric one, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The floors are covered in parquet while a Vietri ceramic covering was chosen for the bathrooms. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans Rome, à côté de la Fontaine de Trévi. Le quartier historique est tout proche ainsi que les commerces de la Via del Corso. Many of the city's best attractions, restaurants, and shops were only minutes away, which was a definite plus. That said, there were several issues that impacted the overall experience. The noise from the street below was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep or relax, especially at night. Because the thermostat did not work and the heat was stuck on high we had to leave windows open, thus sleeping with the noise was a real problem. The third bedroom turned out to be a pull-down Murphy bed rather than a standard single bed, which as not clearly described in the listing. The kitchen was also understocked with basics, no paper towels, napkins, or hand towels or garbage bags were provided - and the washing machine did not work during our stay. Cleanliness was another concern. The furniture, carpets, and floors could have been cleaner and the supply of bath towels was insufficient for the length of our stay. We had to pay extra for a second set of towels for each of us. To make matters worse the owner was unresponsive and tardy in response to these issues despite multiple attempts to reach out. When she did, she accused us of misusing the machine. We left a full load of laundry stuck in the machine. We had asked for an early check in which was approved and the person was there to check in, however as we entered the apt. the previous renters were still there. ##### Molly N. It's huge, comfortable for 5 people. The tiling, flooring and detailing were really beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the windows did a pretty good job of keeping out the noise. If you're really sensitive, try to get a room on the back alley side. There could definitely be some updates made to the showers and shower pressure. I also wouldn't recommend using the washing machine, especially for delicate clothes, the rinse isn't the best here. ##### Alexandra K. Dozens of nearby restaurants and gelato shops. High energy and great for people watching. Grocery store a couple of blocks away, and metro access within 750m.
