The location is great, just 10min walk colosseum, Roman forum. The transportation is also great. A few minutes tram ride to trastevere and 30min bus ride to Vatican. The host is super friendly and had given many suggestions. The breakfast is basic and okay

Claudia was very helpful and accommodating. The room was charming and clean! Perfect location to see everything we wanted to see. We only stayed one night but it was lovely + the AC worked super well. Would definitely stay again!!! Huge plus was the elevator which really helped with big luggage. Thank you for having us.

The owner was very lovely, the room was super clean and comfortable. The apartment is at a brilliant place for sightseeing and the breakfast was great too! When we return to Rome, we definitely will stay here again.

We had such a beautiful stay at this B&B. Claudia and Andrea were absolute gems and so helpful as it was our first time in Rome they gave us such great advice which we followed to a tea when we went to Sicily after our Rome stop. The breakfast was superb. It was great walking distance to almost all the major monuments and yet still peaceful away from all the crowds loved our stay there, Candace and Virna.

Great location

These is such a great location for exploring the highlights of Rome and access to the Metro near by. The host was so lovely making us a great breakfast in the morning and showing us places to go off a map. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again

Wonderful Italian hospitality and very clean!

The hosts could not be any sweeter! They even let us leave our luggage after checkout so we could explore our last day in Rome. The location was very good. Very close to the colosseum. The place was very clean and comfortable. If you are sensitive to noise that could be the only issue as the walls are very thin.

Decent place to stay, great locatiob

As a place to stay for a few days this b&b is absolutely fine. Although I had been contacted for my flight details and arrival time there wasn't any sign of anyone or even that we were in the right place when we arrived. We had to call the local number to get through and were eventually able to check in. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions. The room we stayed in was in an apartment so we shared a kitchen/dining area with another room. The roon was clean and a decent size. However this isn't really a b&b , it's more of a self catering apartment. We were provided with some tea bags and coffee pods, although the kettle didn't plug in anywhere near the table. And some biscuits. No real breakfast provided and no milk. Location was perfect for us - 5 mins from a metro stop, 10 mins from the colloseum, small supermarket over the road, cafe just downstairs and some lovely restaurants a few minutes down the road. If you're looking for a simple place to stay to explore Rome on a budget this place is great.

Only good thing is the location

Only good thing about this hotel is its location. Super close to Colosseum and the heart of Rome. Wifi did not even work. Cold in the room and this could not be fixed even with the AC. The room was nothing like in pictures, decorated with IKEA furniture... I was looking for the room that had more of a Italian vibe in it but the room we were given was just nothing I had expected. Also the fact that in hotels.com information page of this hotel it says that EVERY ROOM has a private bathroom. This is not the case! Be super careful when you receive your confirmation email so you will not get fooled as I did. When booking through hotels.com I picked the room that had the italian type of interior and it only said 'double bed' nothing else. Once we arrived I was told that I had booked a room with external bathroom. So once I checked the email there is was with the tiniest font!! So upsetting regarding the fact that it says on the hotel info that every room has a private bathroom.

Tive uma excelente experiência durante minha estadia. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, próximo ao terminal de trem e a diversos restaurantes, o que facilitou bastante nossos deslocamentos. A vizinhança é tranquila, proporcionando uma estadia confortável e segura. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, organizado e muito aconchegante. O café da manhã foi bom e com qualidade. Gostaria também de destacar a hospitalidade dos anfitriões, que foram extremamente acolhedores, atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a estadia. Sem dúvida, recomendo este lugar e voltaria a me hospedar aqui em uma próxima oportunidade. @afamiliaqueviaja
