"We had a wonderful time. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and very traditional German. The room was very large and warm for the winter weather. The shower water was very hot. The grounds are beautiful to explore. We felt like we were staying in a castle."

"Check-in process was painless and the staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the linens were cozy. We enjoyed having the large balcony as well. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, even vegan options. The location was great, there is a nice park nextdoor and property is close to tram stop, providing quick access to Altstadt and Hauptbahnhof in a matter of minutes. It was a great value and an enjoyable stay, would recommend!"
