"We had a great stay with our hosts. This is a semi- shared space and they made it feel very welcoming. They even took us on the pontoon which was a huge bonus! The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Beautiful lake views!"

"We had an excellent stay. The cabin location is really nice. The street isn’t super busy, and it’s a lovely neighborhood. It was ungodly hot during our stay so we did spend most of our stay indoors. The amenities were well thought out. We especially loved some of the vintage books, and the very nice smart TV. Everything is updated and functional. The hosts were very easy to work with and were great at communicating. It’s absolutely somewhere we would stay at in the future!"

"Our family of eight (three generations) stayed at Theresa's cabin for three days to be able to gather with my sister (who owns a lake home next door) and brother and families. The cabin is roomy, delightfully decorated, and very comfortable. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great lake place!"

"Cutest little cabin. We were in town for a soccer tournament so we Loved the location, close enough to town yet far enough out for a peaceful setting. Enjoyed the Alpacas, they were the sweetest. We had some of our soccer girls stop by for a visit and they loved being able to pet and interact with the alpacas. Host was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again when in the area."

There was so much space for everyone to be together, as well as their own space for reading and games.The lake home was very clean and fully equipped for our every need.Great location and very quiet and peaceful.I give it a “11” out of “10”. "We have stayed at Dunvilla every summer for the past 4-5 years when we visit family with a nearby lake house. The hotel is always clean, the staff incredibly friendly and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and refreshing. It is a rural setting, just a few miles from Pelican Rapids and I look forward to our stay every year. A hot breakfast is included as part of the stay and they have an impressive casual dinner menu as well. I truly look forward to our visit each year. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in this area. Even the boutique in a next door building is adorable and the nearby hardware store/restaurant is definitely worth a visit."
