With three bedrooms and three baths and 4 beds, it accommodates families or groups looking to relax and explore the beauty of Beaver Lake. Whether you're here for fishing, hiking, or unwinding, this is the perfect place for you. The Space: The Beaver Lake Getaway has everything you need to enjoy your vacation on Beaver Lake. The house has a large back yard, a back deck with a grill. There is a fire pit in the back yard and plenty of room for games. There is a large front porch with plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the lake. • 4 BEDS (1 King, 2 Queens and 1 queen sofa bed) • Smart Lock: Each reservation gets a unique random door code • Smart TV • Fast Internet • Beautiful relaxing Porch Main Living Space: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a family room with a 70” flat screen television, a formal living room and a play area for board games. Kitchen: fully stocked with coffee pot, pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, toaster, serving accessories, and more. Coffee Bar: We provide coffee, sugar and cream to help get you started Outdoor Space: A relaxing covered patio with seating. Large back yard (not fully fenced) and extra large driveway. Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, French door with access to yard and patio. Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit. Guest Bedrooms: Queen beds. We provide plenty of linens and extra blankets if needed. The house sleeps 8 people comfortably, but we allow up to 14 guests for a $25 a night fee per guest per night after the 10th guest. We stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay with us! We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. There are plenty of towels. Conveniently located 5 miles from Prairie Creek Marina. Please Note there is a separate apartment above the garage that may be occupied during your stay. There are no adjoining walls between both spaces. Aug 5, 2024 Disliked: Location #### Not what we expected We initially thought we were going to be an hour early, when I reached out to see about early check-in I was notified it would be an additional fee so we decided to stop and get a coffee and walk Bentonville square instead. We showed up to the property 6 minutes early to the cleaning crew parked in the driveway broke down. They needed a jump but had no jumper cables. We went to a couple of the neighbors houses asking to borrow some and were able to get them on their way about 30 min later. When I went to email the owner about this I notice I received a response giving me a temporary code for early check-in. I explained we did not end up needing it . I was disappointed with the response saying he had asked for extra cleaning and had to make a temp code without me saying we confirmed the extra fee. Upon arrival we noticed there was no lake access within a walkable distance in fact you have to drive about 3 min down the road. The house was clean however there were a lot of house flies and microwave did not work. Overall it was a place to sleep but will not be returning. ##### Ashley B.
