The property was so beautiful, new, and clean, stocked pantry and cooking tools- we stay in rentals all over the us and islands, traveling 22 weeks a year. Unfortunately, when we arrived the room had not been serviced, but after contacting our host, Angelea, a cleaner arrived in about 15 minutes and serviced the unit nicely. Very responsive to correct what could have been a bad situation. »

« My wife and I joined 18 friends for the hike at Angels Landing and other activities. Everyone staying at a hotel was jealous of our accommodation. It was perfectly located right in the middle of most of the businesses in Springdale. They offered an early check-in and gave me a late checkout. I would recommend this place to anyone that is going to Zion. »

« This was a lovely bungalow for the few nights we were visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. There is an a joining bungalow and you can hear the other guests talking and using the shower.One issue we had concerned not receiving the code for the front door prior to our arrival. I sent an email to the owner through the VRBO app then went to dinner before getting a response from the owner and receiving the door code, but that was several hours after we were scheduled to enter the premises. »

« When we arrived, our entryway was the stairwell by the garage and our first sight were multiple overflowing trash cans, that remained this way the entire time we were there. Once down the stairs, you see a bunch of decking material, what appeared to be a broken table, a bent ,large metal planter filled with dirt and 1/2 an old trash barrel surrounding the hot tub. Also, a weird wire fence that was cobbled together running through the middle of the back yard. The inside is a finished basement...
