"Beautiful loft and wonderful place to celebrate the holidays. We enjoyed the holiday decorations throughout the loft, including a Christmas tree! We also enjoyed the lights on the rooftop and beautiful sunsets. Amazing location. Lots of restaurants, shopping and walking trails too. We will definitely be back!"

"This is a very cute place tucked away in Granite Bay. The neighborhood is very pretty with many beautiful homes under large Oak Trees and large rock outcroppings. Stephanie is an exceptional host making sure all our needs were meant."

"It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running."

"Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend"

"Came for a little get away with my friend and we enjoyed this lovely space. Tons of places in walking distance. Got a pretty deep sleep since this is a bottom floor/basement kind of place so it's easy to block out the light. A little street noise in the bedroom through the AC unit but that's expected when you're in an urban area. Michael was super easy to communicate with and the cozy space has a lot of cozy amenities!"

"Overall a very good deal for the money. The house had every amenity for a comfortable stay including a large covered patio which was really handy because it rained several days during my stay. The fence surrounding the backyard appears to be held up by posts attached to the tree. It creaks and moves when windy. Also, the immediate neighborhood surrounding the house isn’t great but the convenience to other things to do is nice."

"This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property! The owners were so accommodating, gracious, sooooo easy to contact. I just cannot say enough good things about...
