« Beach was amazing. Accommodations as described. I would say super COZY. Provided everything needed. Loved having a kitchen with a stove and actual refrigerator. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. Great value. »

« Unfortunately the place is extremely run down. Photos have been enhanced to make it look nicer than it is. Owner of rental was remotely changing the AC temp even though it wasn’t even super low. Messaged stating it can’t be below a certain temp and that it was listed in the house rules, but when I checked the house rules tab, there was no mention of controls of the AC at certain temps. « It was a fabulous stay. 2 pools and a short walk to the beach. The only thing was the elevator wasn’t working and the place was on the top floor. So lots of flights of stairs. »

« The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty »

« Overall the stay was great! The view of the beach was the BEST especially for the price! My only concerns are the structural condition of the building and the cleanliness of the condo. The entire building was very dated and the condo balcony was sketchy so we didn’t feel comfortable sitting out on the balcony which was a bummer considering the view we had one the beach. I don’t think the cleaners mopped the floors of the condo or they did it very poorly. We had to wear our shoes the entire time...

« My family and I had a scary incident. Be sure, be sure to lock your door behind you every time. Even if just to go change clothes out of dryer. We had an intruder follow my son back into our room from the clothes dryer. We had to call 911. He was intoxicated and insisted we were in his room. I could see how it happened. All three buildings are identical and the units are in the same layout. The accommodation was great, the experience was traumatic. »
