"Room was very clean and comfortable. Suite was spacious. The appliances were a bit old, but functional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upgrades were being done during our stay, but they did not at all interfere. Overall, great value for the money!"

"Came for our yearly visit! Always a good stay. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired this stay but everything is always clean. The restaurant is still closed due to a fire on 2023, but is open to guests for breakfast on the weekends. We received coupons for the bakery/cafe across the street which has delicious apple fritters! "

"We originally booked to stay elsewhere but, on our arrival, we were told we didn't have a reservation, and they were sold out. We happened to stumble on the AVID and we are very happy that we did. The stay was excellent, the staff were amazing, it was clean, all around a great choice. We will be staying there again when we come back to Lancaster."
