« Friendly staff Clean room Excellent stay »

« Very clean. Nice little kitchen. Over all very nice. Although there was someone smoking on the third floor so it stank up the whole floor. Also, we needed to use an iron as we were leaving to a wedding in a couple hours and there was no one at the desk to help us. If they close for lunch then they need a sign. »

« Hotel was centrally located and close to everything I needed. Room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bring your own pillows. It was convenient having the kitchen. If I stayed again I’d bring my own pans and dishes as there is a charge for that. Staff was very helpful when I had an issue with my key from the kiosk. »

« Isolation ( bruit) horrible, j'avais l'impression que les fenêtres etaient ouvertes tellement le bruit de l'autoroute etait fort, j'entendais aussi les voisins de chambre parler. Le personnel a l'acceuil n'est pas tres aidant, sec, reponses tres limitées, aucun effort, aucun sourire, ne cherche pas a aider. on dirait que je faisait affaire a des robots. j'etais etonnee de ne pas avoir de service de chambre avant jour 3, j'ai du faire mon lit seule. »

« Le personnel de l’accueil m’a offert un service impeccable! Le petit déjeuner était super bon et très varié (plein d’options même en étant végétarien). Mon seul point négatif est que le secteur est un peu bruyant en soirée. Par contre, le bruit s’est calmé vers 22-23h. »
