"Worst breakfast I've had no type costomer hospitality was woke up in the middle of night at 3am with my 6yr old to a fire alarm told evacuate with no uderstandong as to wat was going I requested we got one night free to make up for the one we got woke up disturbed in sleep my daughter scared to death n they couldn't replace night we paid for"

"Todo muy limpio para ser un Motel no está nada mal lo recomiendo y las personas del front desk 10/10 no recuerdo sus nombre pero hicimos check in a las 10:00pm y las personas muy hamablemente nos ayudaron."

"Hours after checkout they charged $180 to our card and when questioned they stated we “damaged the curtain sheers” when asking if they had proof or photos or even a log on when we entered/exited our room to prove we were hardly there during daylight hours, they replied no to all questions and wouldn’t provide any form of proof. They have been difficult to work with in navigating this outrageous “damage” charge that I ended up just filing a dispute with the bank. This put a huge financial strain on us as we were traveling out of state and their lack of understanding or empathy with the issue almost made the charge seem calculated and strategic and it’s not their first time executing an outrageous, untrue charge. A sad ending after visiting family we haven’t seen in 10+ years. We’ll never stay at a double tree or Hilton again."

"Tiny rooms and the lady that checked us in barely spoke, didn't ask for ID, and was not too friendly or welcoming. Otherwise, the rest of the staff we encountered were very nice. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Parking was limited. "

"If you like having coffee in your room before you are dressed, sorry you can not. You see, they decided to save plastic on your behalf. I will not stay here again, otherwise worth 5 stars...love these hotels but California pushes stupid ideas on their guests, dumb."

"For it being a fairly new hotel it was a bit disappointing stay there. Not cleaned very well especially the bathrooms and also it smelled like smoke in every hallway."
