"Place was nice and the few issues we had the staff accommodated us with something else. AC didnt work well… hotel had problems with the tv connection so no tv at all…requested King they only had 2 queens."

"Overall, a good, clean place for a one-night stay. There were a few hits and misses. Reception at front desk was a somewhat frustrating experience as she could not find my reservation. Turns out it was because she was reading my name backwards. Then later, she could not find my member account even after I gave her the account number. Room was clean and spacious, but A/C was very loud and disruptive for sleep. Shuttle service to airport was great. However, dinner menu was somewhat limited so opted to go over to other property for dinner. Breakfast was excellent though - both food and service. That was the best. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely go here for breakfast."

"The hotel was fine overall and they were very accommodating when there was a plumbing issue in our room (toilet overflow; wouldn't flush) so they switched our room and got us a room closer to the elevators for my Father in Law who has mobility issues. The only issue we had was when we arrived, some young children who were left unattended were running about the hotel and there was another issue the next day with teenagers. But those things were not the fault of the hotel or it's employees. I will say that management seemingly handled the issue and called police at least on one occasion."

"This property was clean & our room was comfortable. The breakfast was a plus. Our only problem was we requested extra blankets after returning from dinner with the same woman we checked in with- heavy set older woman. She told us she was alone and would have to retrieve from housekeeping and would bring them later. 2 hrs later my husband went back to the desk to ask her about the blankets as we wanted to go to bed. The same woman again said she would have to go to housekeeping like she would be excused from getting them. My husband replied “would you?” So yes, points off for us waiting 2 hrs, then having to go ask again & realizing she was hoping she wouldn’t have to get them & bring them."
