« We stayed in Julie’s studio over the weekend for my daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect location for heading out to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the close beach, and Santa Cruz. They had a cot available for my daughter though she did end up in the bed with us. Julie is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating! It was the perfect place and size for us for our trip. »

« Great stay! The property is well kept. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was organized with plenty of dishes and cookware. Backyard area was a lovely ivy walled hideaway. Amazing proximity to the beach a wagon for use to carry our things back and forth. Cottage was cozy but enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens to be together, and still have space. And there is parking! A sweet place for a nice vacation! »

The property is in an amazing location-you walk right out the patio to the beach!The house is spacious, clean, comfy and has all you need for a great stay.The hosts were very responsive. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a new one delivered within a few hours. Our son liked that there were sand toys and Roku to watch TV. Would definitely stay again to make more great beach memories! »

« This place was magical with beautiful surroundings. This condo has very nice appliances and beds. Access to the hot tub was a bonus. We used it as a jumping off point to point loves and Big Sur for day trips and then had a wonderful place to unwind afterward. Would book again! »
