« This property was excellent. The house was impressively clean, well stocked, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard. Appreciated having the garage to park in as it helped so the vehicle was not so hot when getting in. We also rented bikes for the week so being able to park them in the garage was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Seating area was nice. The location was great as it was only a mile from families house. »

« First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...
