When it comes to relaxation, our living room boasts a Nicoline Italia sofa bed that's not only stylish but incredibly comfortable for a restful night's sleep. In the communal area, a Magis dining table seating six sets the stage for memorable meals and conversations. However, the true gem of our apartment is the balcony, your personal vantage point for spectacular ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Here, you'll find an additional dining table for six and two iconic rocking chairs from Magis, inviting you to unwind and soak in the beauty of your surroundings. We understand the importance of staying connected, so we've selected the fastest available internet service in the area. Additionally, two 55" TVs are at your disposal, allowing you to connect to your favorite streaming apps like Hulu, Netflix, HBO, and more (please note, there's no cable TV). Our condominium is an intimate complex comprising only eight apartments, ensuring a serene and well-maintained environment. The pool area is typically uncrowded, offering a peaceful retreat during your stay. Please be aware that the pool requires a bottom repainting, which has already been scheduled by the complex administration. Nevertheless, the pool receives proper maintenance twice a week. For your peace of mind, we have a water reserve that operates continuously, and a backup power generator is available. The generator can be used in the event of extended power outages or emergencies (authorization and instructions required). It provides power for essential appliances such as the fridge, fans, and select lights, though please note it won't power the stove, microwave, or hairdryer. Lastly, please be aware that our condo is a walk-up unit without an elevator, and our space is situated on the second floor. Rincon and this property had us searching for property, that’s how much we wanted to stay here. I love the open floor plan, clean lines and decor, and the washer/dryer was such a bonus. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus for our family of 5\. There was more than enough space for us all. They supply you with whatever you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a cafe across the street and restaurants, food trucks and shops all close by. Lastly, the view. Three pictures do not do it justice. It is breathtaking. This home was beautiful, we’d definitely be back. We stayed with our family of 4 (6 and 2 year olds) and my mother. The place was plenty of space and the kitchen and washer were very convenient. It was very clean. The kids loved the pool. It wasn’t a problem but it is down 5 flights of stairs from the unit. My husband surf and it’s within just a couple minutes of the most popular surf beaches, he even walked some days. Finally, I liked that it was just across/down the street from several restaurants.
