"Lively restaurant and bar on site, spacious lobby, pool, hot tub, sauna, and right at the base of the mountain. Room was clean and spacious and an easy walk to the center of town. Would absolutely book again!"

We stay overnight in Montrose often, and had used a similar motel up the street for years. The Minecart really outshines our previous motel. We are making the Minecart our new lodging space"

The weather ended up being perfect. It was the absolute best way to spend our 25th Wedding anniversary!!! If we could give it more than 5 stars we would! The host was also very communicative- fantastic experience!"

"The room was clean and in order. I had a poor experience with the hot springs hot tub pools being very dirty and algae-filled. I made the mistake of getting there after dark and getting in the pool with my light colored bikini and being very sorry when I got back to my room to find it was completely ruined by the algae in the hotsprings pool. On the plus side- I have to talk-up Tim in the Spa. His massage was awesome and I would love to go back for service from him. Please clean the pools so this doesn't happen to another guest. "
