"I wouldn't know about the room because I never made it into one. My wife made the reservation for me and apparently because she was not present and then they said our last names didn't match which they do the person at the front desk would not check me in. So I told them to cancel the reservation and just give me the room since it would be vacant. And still nothing. I couldn't believe how rude and unaccommodating this person was. I was gonna pay cash for the room up front and still no nothing. I would think something could of been worked out but no I got nothing and left to find another hotel who took me right in without a reservation. I was not impressed with this hotel!"

"Wow. I live in San Juan Bautista and was looking for a nice hotel for people to stay when visiting us. This hotel is very close and looked nice on the outside. Hotel needs a little work, both with customer service and upgrades. Safe didn't work and was replaced, toilet ran so we jiggled the handle, mattress is on a board, fridge leaked. But the worst was the noise. My family stayed for 10 nights. The hotel was mostly empty, but they put people right above my family for some reason. Wow, the noise of footsteps all night was painful for my 90 year old father, even without his hearing aids. I thought I'd check it out myself so I went over one night and it was so loud. I told the front desk and they seemed to not care. I emailed the manager and she never returned my messages (telephone number was blacked out on all her cards and not provided even when I requested). If you are into poor customer service then this is your place."

"The people that work at this motel hate their job. They were not nice at all. When you stay multiple days you are supposed to call before 10 am if you need your room clean and I called at 10:05. They said they couldn’t clean it for me. I notice the room was not very clean. They were hairs on the floor. Also, the pool is under construction so no pool!"
