The people in the room above me sounded like they were using a blender often on all night into the early hours of the morning someone came pulling in in a car with loud music around 1 AM then at around 6:30 AM someone was outside the room Talking very loudly back-and-forth to someone else while they were loading their vehicle. The room was clean, but the split unit that was in the wall made very loud noises when it cut on and off that woke me up. The second night there was someone out in the parking lot bouncing a basketball until after 11 PM. The worst experience of my life. I arrive at check in and I’m told I booked a smoking room. I would absolutely never book a smoking room. I don’t smoke and I hate the smell. The front desk rep kept arguing with me telling me I booked a smoking room until I showed him my receipt. He continues to check us in. I ask him if the room is non smoking and he says yes. We get to our room and it reeks of smoke. Immediately, we return to the front desk. He gives us another room. This room also seems like a smoking room. Sheets are dirty with holes in multiple areas. There are bugs. Again, we returned to the front desk, instead of offering us another room. He offers to cancel and refund.
