We did however had a few issues with checking: they first gave us only one room (we reserved for 2), then they corrected the mistake but when we walked into the room someone else was already occupying it. They moved us to another room. After a day the key fobs stopped working and every trip to thr main office was very slow (no available stairs and the elevator was slow). "

"I think the breakfast menu could be improved. The omelet was somewhat boring. The coffee--even the strongest kind--was a bit weak. But I've stayed at New Hope Inn and I plan to stay there again, so my complaints are minor. "

"I stayed for three nights really enjoyed the rooftop deck and gym. My space was nice a full kitchen, nice open space. However, the bed was very low to the ground and not extremely comfortable. The floor in the main area of room was dirty. I was able to get a late check out and they had lockers for luggage if needed. I witnessed staff as I sat in lobby greet guests with warmth and high energy, provide recommendations and provide information on what was close by. I wish I had received that initial welcome. I am not sure if other room types have higher beds, I would inquire snd if they do stay again."

"The parking lot is best for compact or smaller size cars, but it's secure and directly on the property. Rooms are a tad dated but were clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and helpful!"
