"I chose this hotel because the reviews were good regarding parking. That was true. I felt safe with parking for sure. I received way more than safe parking at this hotel. Staff was very responsive when I asked questions- available by text & phone & seemed to really care. The breakfast was one of the best at hotels that I've had & the coffee was even good! "Okay my room was pretty clean except for the shower ceiling which for some reason had what I can describe as pubic hair stuck to it in multiple locations. The major issue I had was that upon checking in I was informed of a "Pet fee" which I know is common at hotels and usually runs about $20-$30 per night. Well, that was not the case at the Hyatt the charge for a single night was $75. No this is not one of the Hyatt's top end hotels and the room itself was $84 per night. So, I could have nearly rented an additional room for my "Pet Fee". The pet fee's should be stated on the Hotels.com website so a traveler can be well informed when selecting a hotel. The breakfast is serial and bagels or toast. Nothing very nutritious."
