Artistic Home is a beautifully restored 250-year-old stone house in Koskinou, Rhodes, accommodating up to 6 guests. Once a traditional Greek coffee shop, it now blends historic charm with modern comfort. Featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rooftop terrace with sea views, it's perfect for a tranquil, artistic retreat.  
Please be advised that the property is not suitable for children under 5yrs old.  
  
Artistic Home is a charming, fully restored traditional stone house located in the picturesque village of Koskinou, Rhodes. Perfect for families or groups, the property comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each featuring a cozy double bed. The house includes two modern bathrooms—one equipped with a refreshing shower and the other with a relaxing bathtub, offering flexibility and comfort for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home, making it ideal for longer stays or anyone who enjoys cooking. One of the home’s highlights is its private balcony, which offers an incredible view of the surrounding village and distant sea. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a book, or simply take in the serene atmosphere. With its blend of traditional charm and modern amenities, Artistic Home offers a truly memorable stay on the island of Rhodes.  
  
Artistic Home is ideally located in the heart of Koskinou village, offering both charm and convenience. The nearest beach is just 3 km away, perfect for a quick seaside escape. Rhodes Town and the UNESCO-listed Medieval Old Town are only 6 km away, while the lively resort area of Faliraki is 9 km away. For those wishing to explore further, the stunning village of Lindos is just a 45-minute drive (40 km). Rhodes International Airport is 17 km from the property, and the main port is 7 km away, both easily accessible. Local amenities including a supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tavernas, and cafés are within 300 meters, all walkable.
