« The check in was done by not so friendly manager and smoking smell was there in the lobby. The rooms are big but not clean. The flush leaked in my room. Beds were ok. No complimentary breakfast, room service phone didn't work so hard to go down and drink tea. The breakfast area is having dust as well. Checkout was painful as they included additional items in our room from the date prior to my check in date. Then hotel said they couldn't confirm payment from hotels.com. so asked for...

« The property is nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. However the service is terrible as there is no means of communication with the front desk. Also multiple times, request for breakfast , water etc took lot of time. We are early risers and need breakfast early. They served at 10AM!!. They need to improve their service drastically. »

« Experience was ordinary, room quality poor, hospitality by staff was bad, location to resort not convenient. Only saving grace was food which was of good quality and value for money.
