On the ground floor: fitted kitchen and dining area - living room - bedroom with double bed - shower room / wc (walk-in shower) - closed summer room with direct access to the garden.  
  
On the 1st floor: bedroom with double bed, single bed and small dressing room - bedroom with double bed and single bed with bathroom / wc.  
  
Cleaning, beds made on arrival, towels and heating included in the price.

Large enclosed garden of 1000 m² and parking on the property.
