  • Lors de la conception et de la construction de la villa, nous avons appliqué des principes de conception écologique pour minimiser les besoins énergétiques de la maison et assurer le confort de manière passive. De cette façon, nous avons construit une maison qui satisfait les exigences de nos clients et les besoins quotidiens en fournissant: L'incorporation du bâtiment dans son environnement. Le bain confort thermique en été comme en hiver. Le refroidissement de la villa (sans climatisation), le chauffage et l'eau chaude. Et enfin, d'excellentes conditions d'éclairage naturel ou artificiel. La villa est de 186 m²., Construite avec un ascenseur intérieur. A l'étage, il y a trois chambres avec lits doubles et simples, des salles de bains et des vérandas spacieuses avec une vue sur une verdure sans fin qui s'étend jusqu'aux sommets de Lefka Ori.(Montagnes Blanches). Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un salon spacieux avec TV satellite, une cheminée et un canapé confortable. Cuisine bien organisée, combinée avec une salle à manger confortable. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de matelas et de draps Coco-mat.


    Localisation - Excursions: Katikia Gonia est située à seulement 8 km de Réthymnon, dans le village de Gonia. Le paysage vert entoure la maison et la vue vers les montagnes du sud et de l'ouest de la Crète est superbe. Les environs sont parfaits pour la randonnée dans des gorges de beauté sauvage, des sentiers verts et le long de charmants ruisseaux. Les oliveraies et les vignobles fertiles offrent une excellente piste pour votre course, votre vélo et vos courtes randonnées. Dans les environs, il y a de petits villages accueillants où vous pourrez déguster la célèbre hospitalité crétoise des gens sympathiques de cet endroit. Une tasse de café sous un mûrier en compagnie des gens du village, ou la lecture de votre livre seront des images qui vous reviendront après vos vacances. Les plages du nord sont à seulement quinze minutes en voiture, et les plages exotiques du sud sont à trente minutes en voiture, donc les clients ont l'embarras du choix!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Villa! Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, hervorragend ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Ein absolutes Highlight war der Pool – groß, sauber und einfach perfekt. Unsere ganze Familie hat ihn jeden Tag genutzt und wir haben dort unzählige schöne Stunden verbracht.Marianna und Nikos sind unglaublich herzliche, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Taverne der Gastgeber, nur wenige Schritte die Straße hinunter. Das Essen dort ist hervorragend und definitiv einen Besuch wert.Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit auf Kreta!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Gonia. The house is very beautiful, spacious and has everything needed. Perfect for families. The owners are wonderful people and have an excellent family restaurant down the road. We went twice in a week :) would highly recommend. Kids (and parents) were sad to leave.

Marianna war eine unglaublich nette Vermieterin! Sie kam bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes in Minuten zum Haus und hat uns geholfen! Das Anwesend ist sehr groß und perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Freunden!!

The perfect holiday

The villa is amazing with stunning views of the mountains, a good sized swimming pool, loads of room in the villa. The perfect hosts friendly and so welcoming, the tavern has the most amazing food, a fantastic village shop. Booking this villa is the best thing you will ever do. Crete is amazing, beautiful landscapes, amazing food and the nicest people.

Amazing Family Holiday

We had an amazing time staying at the Villa. The Villa was perfect and we had a great time around the excellent pool. Marianna and Nikos and their family we so friendly and made us feel very welcome. We ate at their taverna numerous times. The food was brilliant home cooked Greek food. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Fantastic autmun break at Villa Gonia

Marianna and Nikos were the perfect hosts and the property was perfect for a late autumn break. The villa is very spacious with all the amenities a visiting family could need and is very well placed for exploring the island being near to Rethymno and with the south coast beaches and mountains easily accessible. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing

Just returned from a week at this amazing villa. Better than the listed photos. Superbly clean and everything provided. The host, Marianna, was keen to help in anyway we required. Quiet location but with a supermarket and Marianna’s taverna a very short walk for convenience. Watching the stars from the roof terrace was a huge bonus and we even saw the Milly Way. We will return!

Beautiful Villa in Beautiful Crete

We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful villa. Very clean, amazing pool and everything you need to really enjoy your holiday . These renters have made sure it’s like home and have everything from coffee machine to toastie maker !! Great location for exploring Crete. What was outstanding was the communication with Marianna , thoughtful, very kind and always happy to help. Her local taverna is a very short walk away and food just amazing !!

Week at Villa Gonia

We had a wonderful time at Villa Gonia, and Marianna is the consummate host! Her recommendations regarding beaches were spot on and the experience dining at her Taverna just a short walk from the villa was an absolute pleasure. We arrived during a heat wave and were concerned that there was no AC, however this was not an issue at all. The house is well designed for good air flow and to remain cool in the heat, it was nice to experience how homes SHOULD be designed for warm climates. I hope to visit again in the near future.

Oase mit toller Architektur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Designerhaus wirklich sehr genossen. Die Räume sind groß, sauber und mit einer angenehmen Schlichtheit ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmern sich 24 Stunden am Tag. Ihnen gehört auch eine nahe gelegene Taverne, in der man sehr gut essen kann. Absolut empfehlenswert! Fußläufig kann man einen Supermarkt erreichen. Das ist extrem viel wert. Das Gebäude ist so konzipiert, dass es im Sommer angenehm kühl ist. Man benötigt keine Klimaanlage. Zwei Wochen vergingen wie im Flug. Wir können diese Location extrem weiter empfehlen. Alles stimmt für eine überaus erholsame Zeit. Danke Marianna und Nikos. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and look after you 24 hours a day. They also own a nearby tavern where you can eat very well. Highly Recommended! A supermarket can be reached on foot. That's extremely worth it. The building is designed to be pleasantly cool in summer. You don't need air conditioning. Two weeks flew by. We can highly recommend this location. Perfect House Wonderful owners

We had a fabulous time at Gonia . Not only the house was just perfect for 6 people (extra clean, very well equipped), but we met wonderful people, Mariana and Lukos and their children and Grandma. One of those vacation time which stays in your heart for ever.

Accueil de la propriétaire de la villa excellent, aucun problème La villa de conception récente et moderne est très agréable à vivre, mais il n'y a pas de climatisation, souhait de la propriétaire En plein été et malgré la conception de la maison, certaines nuits ont été un peu chaudes Heureusement, il y a des ventilateurs portatifs dans toutes les chambres L'environnement de la maison est assez calme, hormis le bêllement des chèvres et le jappement intempestif de certains chiens... Je conseille au final cette villa Gonia 😊👍

Magnifique villa contemporaine

Une villa d’architecte exceptionnelle au sein d’un petit village Crétois. Située à quelques kilomètres de Rethymnon vous pourrez accéder très vites à ses plages et vous pourrez rejoindre plus facilement les plages du sud de l’île(Plakias....). Marianna, Nikos et leurs enfants sont adorables et d’une hospitalité exceptionnelle. Merci à eux pour nous avoir permis de passer de superbes vacances. Laurence et Philippe

Super séjour à Gonia dans une villa spacieuse, fonctionnelle, calme et moderne, toute équipée et confortable. Les propriétaires Mariana et Nikos sont accueillants, gentils et à l'écoute. Sublime villa au calme

La villa est superbe, au calme, très propre, très spacieuse et très bien équipée. La propriétaire Mariana est adorable, sa taverne est à 2 minutes à pieds et c'est très bon (meilleur restaurant de notre séjour). Très bon endroit pour séjourner en crête et visiter l'ouest d l'ile. Rien de négatif, à recommander sans hésiter.

PARADISE on Earth!

This villa is fantastic and has a beautiful design as on the web site! The garden and the pool are very maintained! …and it’s the same inside the villa! Everything was perfect during our vacation. We were 2 adults and 3 children… The owners Marianna & Nikos are very allowing and friendly, every time ready to help you for any request. Their tavern which is very close to the villa is beautiful and excellent! Children are regaled themselves mainly with the famous and homemade “Tzaziki”! We had an excellent stay in the Villa Gonia, thanks to owners who were really nice, very hospitable, simple and authentic!!! Angels in paradise of Gonia for holidays of dreams ! Great holidaysh

Dear Marianna, Nikos and children, We had a great stay in your home. We were 2 families with 3 babies. Everything was perfect. The house very well maintained and clean, the pool that everyone loved and the garden where children could play safety. The house is very well equiped even with children. Your kitchen in your tavern is perfect and we loved your "tzaziki". You agree to help us when we had problems with our car and we thank you. You are lovely Marianna ! We ´ll peak visiting your beautiful island and we ´ll see you again with great pleasure. Can you send me the picture you have made all of us in your tavern ? wonderful people at a wonderful place

Marianna and Nikos created a beautifully designed and fantastic equipped house at a wonderful place: We spent lovely days near to northern beaches and only 40 min to southern beaches in an absolutely green and quiet surrounding. Marianna and Nikos are perfect hosts: always friendly, warm, prompt, helpful and their taverne offers great greek dishes at a lovely place. We are happy to meet them and hope to come back. Thank you!

Amazing!!!

We have just arrived back from a gorgeous week, as 2 families there was plenty of space, the set up of the villa is perfect as you can see the children from all angles. Mariana is absolutely wonderful and completes the stay, met us on arrival and then answered all of our questions and guided us all week. They also own the incredible taverna at the bottom of the road, which is truly delicious!! Along with the mini market too, there is everything you need. we absolutely loved that it wasn’t touristy and we were staying amongst the locals and out of the way but everything was there. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back, my family is already excited to book from hearing about our holiday! Thank you again Mariana ♥️
