« House was just what we were expecting. We arrived during a heat-waveand the AC was much appreciated. Nice big TV in the living room and upstairs bedroom. The heat kept us from using the hot tub but maybe next time. »

« Unique and artsy room, very much in the spirit of "glamping." We originally stayed in Topanga to be close to Malibu at a better rate, but were pleasantly surprised to find Topanga a lot more fun than Malibu, a little gem of a town with great cafes. »

« Lovely stay. Kids really enjoyed the game room. House was clean and as advertised. Very easy check-in process. Kevin was an excellent communicator. I would highly recommend this place. »

« Listing stated that there was a blender. Did not see one. Only one mug was provided. When I asked for more, two more were made available. There were two of us! A reading lamp would have been a nice addition for reading in bed at night, such as a clip on to the bed. There’s a bed stand on one side of the bed with a lamp, but the left side of the bed could use a lamp. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation and the communication with Danny and would stay there again. »

« Good stay. The deck was great for mining’s and evenings with coffee/wine. Nice to be away and somewhere secluded but still have stores and restaurants nearby. Bed was very comfy and cool nights with window open. »

« This house is big enough but it doesn't accommodate 14 people. Narrow beds and no extra comforter or pillows! Water leaked in master bedroom through the night during our stay! Couldn't sleep thru the night. Really bad experience for the hefty amount the owner charges for the stay. David didn't respond to our request for partial refund. »
