This spacious 100-square-meter apartment is perfect for a business trip with your colleagues or for a family weekend getaway.<br>With its four bedrooms—all equipped with double beds—two bathrooms, and two separate toilets, it can comfortably accommodate eight people.<br>Bright and airy, situated between a quiet street and a pedestrian square, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and the Charles de Gaulle central metro station, it’s ideally located for exploring Rennes.<br><br>This apartment is on the 4th and top floor, accessible only by stairs. You can enjoy the view from the three balconies.<br><br>-The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, etc.). Coffee and tea are provided, as well as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.<br><br>-In the 21m² living room, you’ll find a chaise lounge, a 55" TV, and a large table that seats 8 guests.<br><br>-The 4 bedrooms feature desks for comfortable work with Wi-Fi, as well as closets and/or wardrobes.<br><br>-You’ll have the choice between one bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet, and another bathroom with a sink and shower, plus an additional separate toilet.<br><br>- The following are at your disposal: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, and ironing equipment<br><br>All linens are provided (sheets, bath towels, etc.).<br>→ A hotel-quality cleaning service is provided before your arrival and after your departure.<br>→ Bedding is washed and ironed by a professional service provider.<br><br>Guest access<br>Access is available at any time (more info after booking).<br>Parking:<br>- at the base of the building; this is a green metered zone (the cheapest in the city center)<br>- Colombier underground parking garage (paid)<br>- free parking spaces a 5-minute walk away near Rue Paul Féval.<br><br>Additional notes<br>For the comfort of all guests, the apartment is non-smoking; however, you may smoke on the balconies (please be sure to close the French doors behind you to prevent smoke from entering).<br><br>The neighborhood is quiet, and to maintain good relations with the building’s residents, guests are asked not to host parties in the apartment.<br><br>Guests must ensure that they leave the apartment as clean and tidy as they found it upon arrival. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if these rules are not followed. The cleaning fees included actually cover the cost of linens for the professional service provider who washes the bed linens and bath towels and prepares the bedrooms and bathrooms.
