In Rennes, in the La Courrouze district, we offer this 2-bedroom apartment with parking and wifi (fiber optics), 60 m² in size and able to accommodate up to 5 travelers.   
  
Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a spacious 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet.  
  
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
