"I rented out Kevin‘s residence for my fiancé and I’s joint bachelor trip. The house was very roomy and could accommodate all 24 of our guests overall great stay we loved the tennis court, pool, and large kitchen. The layout worked out perfectly for our Love Island themed bach trip since the ADU worked as “the hideaway”. The only downside was I believe there was some miscommunication about the quiet hours with neighbors because although it was before the quiet hour of 10 PM stated in the house rules for the rental we had a neighbor come flash us with a flashlight around 9:30pm while we were playing music by the jacuzzi & the host called us shortly after upset because neighbors were calling him complaining.Just something to consider if you plan to enjoy the jacuzzi & pool at night time since the pool shares a wall with neighbors and is very close. Other than that, we had no other issues and all my guests and I enjoyed our stay. There was lots of things to do and it was very spacious to accommodate large groups. We would definitely stay here again! "

"This house was great! Very clean, open space, many kitchen appliances, beautiful master bedroom- walk-in closet/ bathroom/ shower and of course the popular ping pong table for the kids... and adults! It easily accommodated the 6 of us and most of all, we all had hot water when we showed in the evenings! It was a great central location with short drives to Legoland, Oceanside harbor, Carlsbad Flower Fields and La Jolla Sea Cove. The host had great communication with no problems. We had a great time at this house and would definitely stay again. "
