« Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit wunderschön eingerichteten Zimmern in toller Lage mit Aussicht über den Rheingau. Ein Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen ließ, ein Restaurant mit lokalen, aber durchaus außergewöhnlichen Gerichten (wir hatten Birkenrindenravioli), die alle köstlich geschmeckt haben und köstlich angerichtet waren. Das Personal war durchweg sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und persönlich. »
