"Very nice 2 night stay at the Anchorage motel in the Rehoboth-Lewes area. Note, this is located out along Coastal Highway, far away from the beach (not within walking distance), but the local bus service can get you there. Simple room, but that is what I wanted. All basic needs supplied. Quiet. Very clean, very new. Good upkeep of the property. Only issue I found was a clogged sink, which didn't really bother me, but when I mentioned it to the office, they sent a maintenence man over the same morning to take care of it right away. Parking lot looks new and smooth, like it was redone within the last couple years, and is kept clean. I enjoyed my stay."

"Brighton Suites was above and beyond my expectations! Cleanliness was exceptional. Every nook and cranny was spotless. Employees of the hotel were very friendly. Greeting you in the morning if you came through the lobby and again in the evening or throughout the day. Maid service came in twice per day and tidied up our room, bathroom and provided anything you were running low on. Rooms are very spacious and beds very, very comfortable. Hotel is located near all conveniences. We parked in the parking garage which was another plus and didn’t have to drive anywhere for the 4 days we were there. We are planning another trip to Rehoboth Beach next summer and will definitely stay at Brighton Suites."

"I could smell mildew in room carpet, telling me renovators did not lay fresh new carpets. Nothing was ‘unique’. I liked the breakfast pool/lounge area, tea/coffee kiosk and fitness room was adequate for about three guests."

"Hotel Wave was nice, cheap and had nice facilities. The rooms had hardwood floors in the room with a Jacuzzi so I wasn't nervous about dirt being stuck to the rug. The bathroom has a shower/tub which was nice to clean my children in. The pool was good with a jacuzzi out there too. The breakfast was ok, there were waffles and hard boiled eggs though no fruit to put on the waffles. All the staff we dealt with were nice and offered to help any way they could. There was an outside deck with couches which was a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurant options around the hotel. The location was outside Rehoboth but close enough drive in and also close to Cape Henlopen and we visited both beaches. Overall I would visit The Hotel Wave again if I don't need to be within walking distance of the beach."
