"I arrived 9:15pm and there was no one to check me in. There a phone number to call, called twice but it goes straight to voice messaging. I left message and waited and no one called back. Instead of getting my rest after a long day, I had to chase another hotel on the street.. i ended up finding another one near by that had vacancy. Terrible experience."
