« Everyone was friendly. The host was very responsive and great to chat with. The cottage was cozy and well stocked. I was surprised at how quiet everything was being so close to the freeway. I think I only notice one loud car and one loud motorcycle the three days we were there, which is a lot less than what I hear in my parent’s neighborhood in south San Jose. It was a very relaxing stay, and we LOVE the cactus outside of the front door! Thank you so much for sharing this lovely place to stay! »

« We loved staying in this house. It was the perfect place for the two of us to get away for our anniversay and also celebrate Thanksgiving. The house was cozy and all the recommendations were excellent. We will be going to Lilian's for their eggplant parmesan the next time we are in town. The only downside for us is that most likely when we stay in the Santa Cruz are we'll have a dog, so we can't stay at this home again. Thank you for a great vacation! »

« The place was lovely, a unit in a two unit casita (share a wall with another unit) off the main house, next to the pool and the vineyard. This unit has a private rose garden, nice seating area and a lovely cat that sat with us. Stargazing was a bit difficult because of all of the lights on the property, but still very beautiful. The bed was comfy and the area was very quiet. There is not a lot of noise privacy between the bed and bathroom, like many hotel rooms. The keurig worked fine and they...

« Do not stay at this rental. I was greeted on the street by men selling/using drugs, there was a fight going on in the apartment building across the street with people screaming obscenities and the property was not as described. This is not a studio or by the beach. It is only a bedroom with a coffee pot and mini frog. I sought help from VRBO Care who secured a refund. Search the property address on Google Maps street view to appreciate the location. »
