"Condo was dated but well kept and clean. Front desk was extremely helpful with every question we had. A little dark even when lights were on .kitchen table and bathroom vanities were much lower than norm including the toilet. The area was beautiful and the free shuttle was outstanding. Get the # to call for shuttle and arrived in minutes for your transport. Obviously very hilly and walking down sidewalks fine but was nice to have a shuttle home to condo. They also provide to and from transport with tip including for you but you need to contact them before to find out what taxi to use at the airport arrival. Ask to arrange transport back to airport. Off season parking free if you rented a car. Many choices to fine and lots of shops for clothing and ski equipment. Nice outdoor spots heated as well. I give it a 4 star only because it is dated by very clean and has seen many many visitors."

"We came for the music festival. the valet when we arrived was super helpful. We were on the 6th floor, so you have to go up a few stairs, but he helped us get all of our luggage, chairs (for the festival), etc. up the stairs and into our room. Wonderful place. Loved the fact that the hotel property is right on the ski run. Tons of dogs, which we love. Loved the place and how friendly, helpful and attentive all of the employees were. We'll be back."

"We visited during the summer and enjoyed the pool, hiking and many activities in the area. We stayed in a premier level unit, and it exceeded our expectations. The finishes were high-end and comfortable, and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. (The only negative is that the dryers did not heat well. We let staff know, and hopefully, that is not the permanent condition. Don't wait until the last minute to do laundry!) We absolutely would stay here again! "
