The house was extremely dirty which is unfortunate because it is a great house and location. We honestly weren’t sure it had even been cleaned. Within minutes of taking shoes off our feet and socks were black from how dirty the floor was. There was poop left smeared on the toilet seat. A large coffee spill in the kitchen. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Burned out lights. This isn’t the first rental we have done with Vacasa and they all seem to be dirty but this was by far the worst one. We will avoid their rentals from now on.

This was a fabulous house for us and we hope to book again next year. We had three families or couple and a few kids. This gave us all plenty of our own space and then beautiful areas to gather together. Clean, Spacious, Reasonably Priced, Comfortable, Entertainment...Fabulous! We enjoyed all aspects of the home. Thank you for allowing us to stay:)

Family ages 21-66 plus 2 under 3. Loved the house, it's big enough to find a private quite place if needed. Furniture was plentiful and comfortable and the patio[s) were ideal for morning or evening conversation. We'll be back.

Location and views were the best at Eagle Crest. The layout and design was well thought out and spacious. The finishes were all second to none. This owner created the best family vacation setting I have ever come across. I would rent this over and over again.

Great weather. House well design and built. Amenities and onsite tools did not match house quality. No coffee grinder?? Furniture and electronics subpar. Beds uncomfortable. Tvs bottom line (vizeo??) And undersized for areas. Towels like sandpaper and too few. Nice bars. Neighbors grumpy.

The view was amazing! The house was ok. Beds were not comfortable, there was sticky marshmallow from the last guests. A smell outside like the septic needs pumped or something that made the outdoors much less enjoyable. There weren’t enough towels and we had to do laundry after the search through the house didn’t turn up many. There was what looked like a dirty towels hanging up in the closet as well as a set mouse trap! One of the biggest disappointments though was that the jets on the tub didn’t work. It appears this was a known issue as the master closet had the access to the jets open. Overall disappointed that this home that cost over $1,000/night was lacking in amenities and overall cleanliness. We’ve stayed at eagle crest many times, and this home was definitely the least impressive. No bikes, no ping pong table, no hot tub, nothing extra to keep kiddos or adults entertained. We will book elsewhere next time.

The house was clean, spacious and very nice. It was in a great location. Our only complaint was that the contract we signed stated that checkout was at 11am and we were notified the night before checkout that we actually needed to checkout by 10am. We would have appreciated more notice and the contract should reflect the accurate time.

Really expected the home to be cleaner for the price and the type of home it is. Would have loved to enjoy the tub bath but it had pink mold all over it. I think the home just needs some good TLC, it’s a beautiful home that maybe has had a lot of vacationers in it.

We just spent three nights at this wonderful home with our kids and also with my parents. The home was spacious, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. It is in a great location within Eagle Crest, surrounded by other beautiful homes. I am very particular about cleanliness and this home met my high expectations. There is an X box 360 Kinect and from the youngest to oldest, we had lots of fun with that. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Only thing I would suggest is a slow cooker and large electric skillet would be great additions. It would be helpful to know that the pantry is locked and not available for use. (Same with the master bedroom closet) it was not a problem for us. We just had to rearrange some things in the kitchen cabinets in order to have a place to put all of the food that we brought. There is an armoire in the master with room for some hanging clothes. The large jetted tub and multi-sprayer massage shower were really welcome amenities. Unfortunately, due to the governor’s mandate being extended, the recreation centers were all closed while we were there. So, we couldn’t use the passes included with the home. But we did some hiking at Smith Rock and Cline Falls and played the putting course at Eagle Crest, which is always fun. We would definitely stay here again! Absolutely recommend!!

The home and rental process/managers were great. We were there for a golf trip with family from California to share our beautiful PNW with, However the terrible fires and smoke made it unsafe to venture outside. We were thankful for the spacious home to take refuge in and still make great memories. We had a group of 7 guys (all family) and it was perfect for our needs.

Great location with nice porch sitting sunset views and close mountain top hike for incredible mountain views. 3 pools / rec centers to use, golf, easy walking and bike paths. Actually had a 4th bedroom not listed in ad. Simply a fantastic home. Great place for large family vacation. Quick drive to Bend. Not as touristy and crowded as other resorts in the area. We will be back!

We had a fantastic experience at the house with our friends for 2 and a half days. House is very specious with lots of room for family get together. Fully equipped kitchen with well stocked pantry, enough beds for our group of 10 and extra pillows and blankets. Really nice house. We will stay there again.
