"Beautiful historic property. Our room overlooked the pool and was pretty spacious although the bathroom is a little dated. They have a very nice pool and Jacuzzi area several eating options and a generally laid-back atmosphere in a grand hotel that’s been around many years."

"We experienced an excellent stay, we were over taken by the amazing stay with everything we needed! Swimming pool, hot tub full breakfast, Pedro whipped up omelettes and his crew were amazing as well, front desk was absolutely fantastic! Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable!"

"After a long drive we stopped in for the night. The hotel was bustling with yong baseball teams.,I still found a great place to park, was able to order dinner at the bar, and get a good night’s sleep. Clean, spacious, and welcoming. I would stay here again."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Big Bear Lakefront Lodge! The staff (Terry and Marisol) were extremely courteous and accommodating. They offered my family a warm reception when we arrived. The view is amazing!! A beautiful, inspiring panoramic view of the lake and trees. Even better... this cozy lodge is located right smack dab in the heart of Big Bear Lake, literally down the block from the village! The beds are comfortable, room was tidy. Perfect for the family! Big Bear Lakefront Lodge is a gem!! "

"Front desk Morning staff was polite, above and beyond accomodating to needs! Next day staff or even girl was snotty thi. Love the breakfast idea, could use yogurt bar, or gravy. Accomodating to my pets which is a decent pet fee so will be staying again. They did have construction blocked off area for pups to go to bathroom so hopefully they can build a small grassy area somewhere. Rooms clean, rest of staff polite. We will stay again in Redlands! Pool is small, but its all very clean"
