« Very clean and private location. The guest parking was a huge plus. The area was quiet and tucked away. Excellent set up for socializing inside and on the private patio outside. It is also pet friendly which we really appreciated. »

« Beautiful interior with relaxing environment. We enjoyed our time here and slept well. »

« We absolutely loved our stay! This was our second time renting this property, and once again, it did not disappoint. The house is incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Sadly we were in town for a funeral but the home provided different private areas and then open space to be alone and also be together. It worked out great for us and I would definitely rent again and recommend to all. « We were very happy with the property and it accommodated our large family perfectly. »

« Such a perfect house to spend time with our family and closest friends! This house is massive and has the best backyard to hang out in and entertain. Very Spacious and has all the amenities. We come to Redding every year with our boat to go out on the most beautiful lake Shasta. And this year was the best trip yet because the house was so perfect along with beautiful weather for the lake. We already want to come back and stay here again!! »

« We definitely enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for us, the location is close to all shopping we needed, and the river is a walkable distance. We enjoyed all the nature around and the neighbors were all really nice too. Would definitely stay here again, thank you! »

« We had a wonderful stay! We loved the space and the different decks to hang out on, and the children loved the pool!! Beds were comfortable. AC worked great -perfect property for the hot summers in Redding!! Also cleanup was seamless as all we had to do was the dishes start towels in laundry and take the trash out!! Highly recommend! »

« 1. Owner was not contactable, gave excuses of being away at a retreat, etc.2. Nobody was nominated/contactable to back up the property owner.3. Key code not given to VRBO, so they could not help either. 4. Complete waste of time. »
