"All members of staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The accommodation and facilities were in a very good condition though our room was in need of upgrading to match that of other rooms. Would have liked to have seen a working safe and a fridge in the room. Spa facilities were excellent as were the dining options with no shortage of food on offer.We had a three night stay and would have gladly stayed longer had we been able to. "Room was pristinely clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice en suite bathroom with good shower. Facilities to make a hot drink were replenished on request. Staff were friendly without being intrusive. Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre."
"Our first time staying here. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the heads up on A55 problems and that there was a silent fan in our comfortable bedroom on one of the warmest days of the year. The evening meal and breakfast were very good too. We will be back."
