"What a wonderful cabin and the property was spectacular! We spent 2 weeks there and couldn’t be happier. We will miss the walks and sound of the river right outside the back door. We hope to be back some day. "

"We were here during the off season- we were looking for a relaxed getaway and our cabin gave us this opportunity ! All was as described- the added outdoor patio and fireplace were so enjoyable! We were close to the main town area, but felt secluded all at the same time! Our hosts thought of all the little details for us! The kitchen had all the items one needed - great washer & dryer, even had a room to get away and read a book, listen to vinyl records! We especially liked the window cleaner as our windshield on the jeep got messyl! It was our 1st time to take our dog on vacation- and they had a rack with a spare leash and collar!!! Oh- snd we didn’t have to go hunt firewood- it was nicely stacked and ready to go! We’d for sure stay here again!!!! "

"Home was a perfect spot in red river. Allowing privacy but still walking distance to everything off the main road. House was very clean on check in. "

"This cabin was a huge disappointment!! Our family rented cabins next to us and did not have the same issues. My family was in cabin 4. It took us 40 min every morning to make a pot of coffee. I have a video. All of the dishes and cookware was absolutely terrible. I have pics. The pot holders had dried food on them and placed in thevdrawer for use. Underneath the sinks were all as if thete were water leaks and never cleaned. The microwave was cracked at the bottom. The only sofa to sit on sunk down to the floor and cushions were ripped. The sleeper sofa mattress had been removed so it was all sunken in. The propane grill looked as if it had never been cleaned. This is just to name a few. As a vacation property owner that rents in Panama City Beach Florida I know what this property should have looked like. I would be ashamed. This house was so run down that I would never recommend this property to anyone. My sisters cabin which was #2 was well kept and very clean and they had no complaints. I will attach pics as well."

"Great place with awesome mountain views and a very convenient 10 minutes to downtown Red River. We had a family get together with 12 people and had plenty of space for everyone. We didn’t see a bear so the little ones were disappointed but all good by me!"

"Great location. Nice deck/porch next to creek. The sound is so relaxing. We loved it. Plenty of space in living/kitchen area for all to relax and enjoy. Great place for the dog as well. "
