I had to call the front desk about a rowdy group in the room next to ours. They said they would call and come to check but nothing was done. I called at 10:30 and 12:30 and nothing changed. They were drinking and loud until 2am. So unfortunate. The beds were hard and breakfast was midiocre.

I found the staff friendly and welcoming and also very accomodating. However, I didn't like that I had to ask for towels at the pool both times that I used it. The room was clean, but smaller than most other hotels - "microtel" means smaller and I didn't realize that when I booked it. The breakfast room was as accomodating as other hotels - still no gluten free. I appreciated that there is a full service lounge in the lobby. The front desk staff charged my credit card, despite my telling them that I would pay upon check out. I didn't appreciate that.

We apologize if at any time you had to request pool towels, our goal to make sure every area is well stocked so that guests have access to all amenities they may need. Please know for future stays, that we do offer gluten free items as apart of our buffet, such as fresh fruit/vegetables, meat and egg options, and gluten free bakery items. Also, the hotel does need to pre-authorize a payment upon arrival, but guests are welcome to change their method of payment at any time. We hope this encourages you to stay with us again, and we look forward to better serving you in the future.

very satisfactory except for loud fridge in room and both my son and I felt the sheets weren’t as soft or comfortable as they could be. Lots of dining choices close by. However when booking online, it was extremely misleading to show the prices in what I thought was Canadian -why would it be American in Canada- and in very tiny print at bottom tell you it’s US $. My cost went from 216 Cnd online to 292$ at check-in. Very unhappy with that misleading advertising!! I would not have chosen a hotel at that price point.

Really enjoyed the pool with its water slide, hot tub and swimming pool combination. Check-in was quick and straightforward. We got a room right beside the pool; which worked well with kids and a small pup. The breakfast had eggs, bacon, pancakes, yoghurt, breads, fruit and juice; simply delicious . We would stay again.

Clean & Quiet. I'd recommend.
Clean, quiet and good condition generally. This location has a bar that was closed when I was there so it may not always be as quiet. Not much road noise. Breakfast seating is a little tight, but food was good. The room had a huge walk in shower with a chair, no tub. Easy road access. I'd use it again.

Bed and pillows were really comfortable ! Shower could use a shelf to put your soap etc. Hair dryer just okay and TV did not have a guide. Staff at front desk came up to help and nope no guide. Googled on iPad. But excellent staff and breakfast in the morning. Wish they had a restaurant but one just across the parking lot. Super easy to get to. Close to Costco and shopping
