Une mise à niveau est due: mobilier défraîchi, odeur de moisi dans appartement 2-305, bar pas toujours ouvert, service de serviette pour piscine moins disponible, plus de service entretien à la carte . "L'apartement est bien dans l'ensemble. Les points forts sont l'insonorisation et le mobilier. Les points faibes sont la taille de la baignoire, ne pas pouvoir se lancer un ballon entres "amis" dans la picsine, le check in qui est terriblement long. J'y retournerais mais j'ai eu d'autres coup de coeur plus fort (ceci étant mon 4e hotel dans Kissimmee."

"Hôtel de chaîne impersonnel en plus Hôtel.com ne donne pas les bonnes descriptions j avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits queen avec terrasse et vue sur le lac qui n existe pas chez Drury ou alors ils ont menti je me suis retrouvée avec une vue sur l autoroute ! Un bruit infernal qui nous a empêché de profiter du balcon ! Très mécontente j ai demandé à changer on m a dis que la description de correspondait pas malgré que j ai montré le descriptif sur le site de hôtel.com ! Marre d avoir toujours les chambres les moins bien placées en passant par votre site ! Pour le reste petit déjeuner chimique , parking immense mais payant 30 $ par jour c est n importe quoi et pour finir pas une bouteille d eau offerte mais à régler au prix astronomique de 5,60 $ . Plus jamais . "
