« I found the bed to be inadequate to sleep comfortably. I don't know if it was too soft or the lower metal frame that was flexing like a metal can, but I could not find a comfortable spot and I slept across the top of the bed where the pillows usually are. I did these 2 nights and then left; the staff were nice but the bed was terrible »

« Staff friendly. We paid for a suite but didn't have a couch as previously when we stayed and paid for a suite. We have sleep issues so get a suite to help with that. Plus my husband wanted to watch NCAA basketball on a couch not the bed!!!! We stayed in February and the swimming pool was closed. It still was closed. Grandkids were looking forward to swim!!!! »

« That has been one the best that we have stayed in Grinnell. We are usually there for the MidWest Conference. We have stayed at others that show sign that they are not cared for but they the open them at conferences times. »

« The front desk attendant was friendly but that’s where the positives end. First floor smelled like smoke and pot. The ice maker was broken and created a massive floor puddle right in front of the door to get in the vestibule. The room condition was poor. If it wasn’t after 10PM when we got there, I would have eaten the cost and gone elsewhere. »
